djo creative was created to help individuals and businesses -- figure out where they are, where they want to go, and create a way to help them be more successful while building stronger, healthier, thriving lives and businesses.
While you will have 'lightbulb moments' and experience changes quickly, I don’t just create feel-good, "How to Radically, Magically Change Everything in Just 7 Short Days" programs. Instead, I can guide you through the process of creating actual, sustainable change within your life or your business.
And of course, I want you to have fun doing it. (And if that happens to all work out in 7 short days? So be it. Congratulate yourself on being a fast learner.)
To do this, we'll work together in a collaborative way to move your life and your business to the next level of success (however you define success).
I'll ask questions, brainstorm with you, and yes....assign homework. We'll define where you are, find areas for improvement, and create and implement a plan to move forward.
But collaborating with you also means you’re asking for my decades of experience working in the corporate world, with small businesses, and with individuals one-on-one.
I’m not for everyone. If you can’t handle someone communicating with you in a direct and honest way, take a moment to ask yourself whether you just prefer a ‘softer voice’ -- or if you’re resisting truly making necessary changes. If you’re ready to take an honest look at where your life or your business is, then I can support you in making changes that will lead to continued and growing success.
My goal is to help you move past just letting life (or your work) happen to you, to having a life or business you've created intentionally.
It also helps if you have a sense of adventure and a sense of humor.
After all, while this all takes work, it can be an exciting and invigorating process too.
Before starting djo, Deb’s professional experience included 20 years of corporate training & executive coaching experience. She has created effective programs on problem solving, improving sales and customer service, amongst other topics -- for small business and large corporations. She's helped clients build strong careers, develop outstanding teams, and improve operationally in ways that led businesses to thrive -- not just survive -- the most difficult times. She's taken the concepts and strategies that have worked with large corporations, and taken them to small business as well.
Deb is also an expert contributor along with Bobbi Brown of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Cathie Black, President of Hearst Magazines, Keith Ferrazzi, and others, for "Work Her Way" by Carolyn Kepcher, formerly of the Apprentice and the Trump Organization.
In addition, she has coached countless individuals in clarifying their life & business goals - and helping them get there.
Deb also created a successful photography business, and djo Creative -- so she has the real world experience to help guide you to success.
djo Creative offers programs throughout the U.S.
